Common questions
Is Postia only for Etsy sellers?
Postia is built with Etsy sellers in mind, but it also works for digital product sellers, printable creators, template sellers and other online sellers with existing product assets.
Do I need to create AI images?
No. You use your existing product photos and mockups by default. AI pin graphics are optional and only available on Turbo, for when you want more visual variety.
Does Postia post to Pinterest without my approval?
Never. You choose the pins, boards, links and schedule before anything is posted. Nothing goes live without your say-so.
How does Postia use my Etsy products?
You import your products by uploading your Etsy CSV, pasting a listing URL or entering details manually. Postia uses that information to generate pin content. It does not modify your Etsy listings.
Why doesn't Pinterest always show my Etsy description?
Pinterest may display Etsy's own metadata when linking directly to listings — this is normal platform behaviour, not a Postia issue. Using your own product page URL gives you more control over how Pinterest shows titles and descriptions.
